EagleVoice is a data-driven initiative developed by Alex Martin, Member of the President's Student Advisory Committee, to bridge the gap between the student body and university leadership.
Our committee conducts bi-weekly meetings to analyze student input. High-priority insights and recurring themes from these transmissions may be formally presented for consideration to President Harrison Keller.

1. Data Collection & Anonymity
EagleVoice does not require or collect names, email addresses, Student IDs, or account registrations. When you submit feedback, we collect:
The text content you provide
Basic technical data (timestamps and system identifiers)
Limited technical info processed by our provider (Supabase) for security
2. How Data Is Stored
Submissions are securely stored using Supabase. While reasonable safeguards are used, no digital system can guarantee absolute security.
3. Purpose of Data Use
Feedback is used exclusively for student advocacy, including identifying concerns and sharing aggregated insights with university stakeholders like the PSAC. No data is sold for advertising.
4. Website Analytics
To better understand how the community uses EagleVoice and to improve the platform, we use Google Analytics. This service collects non-personally identifiable information such as page views, session duration, and general device information.
We do not intentionally collect personally identifiable information such as your name, Student ID, or email address through these tools. Google Analytics may process certain technical identifiers such as anonymized IP addresses per their own privacy policy. IP anonymization is enabled on this platform.
EagleVoice is designed for anonymity. However, true anonymity cannot be absolutely guaranteed. Avoid including personal details if anonymity is your priority.
6. Informal Platform Disclaimer
EagleVoice is an independent initiative and not an official UNT reporting system. Submissions do not constitute formal grievances or Title IX reports.
7. User Conduct
Users agree not to submit content that is threatening, harassing, knowingly false, or in violation of university conduct policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is." The developer is not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or outcomes resulting from the use of this tool.
